By engaging with fly taste, inc., you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Agreement to Terms

Your use of our services, including any interaction with our website, emails, social media, or other communications, constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions . This Agreement is between you ("you") and fly taste, inc.

Our Services

fly taste, inc. offers luxury fashion consultation and sourcing services to help you explore and acquire unique and coveted fashion items. Our services may include:

Personalized fashion consultations: Providing advice and guidance on styling, trends, and building your wardrobe.

Luxury fashion sourcing: Locating and procuring specific fashion items from various retailers and suppliers on your behalf

Our geographic focus is global, catering to clients worldwide. We source products from third-party retailers and suppliers globally.

Requesting Services

You may request our services by contacting us via email at hello@flytaste.com or through other communication channels as we may provide. Your request is considered accepted when we communicate our agreement to you, either orally or in writing (including email or social media). A contract is formed based on our communication, any confirmations or invoices we send, and these Terms and Conditions.

Fees and Payments

We will inform you of our applicable service fees during the request process. Certain highly sought-after or rare items may be subject to premium pricing.

Upon acceptance of your request, we may require you to provide payment details via a secure method to secure your request and any future purchases made on your behalf.

Once an item is sourced and you confirm you wish to proceed with a purchase, we will generate an invoice, which is due immediately.

Items will not be shipped or further services rendered until full payment is received.

We accept various payment methods, which will be specified on our invoices. Please note that certain payment methods, such as credit card payments, may be subject to a surcharge to cover processing fees. The applicable surcharge, if any, will be communicated to you.

We utilize secure third-party payment processors to process payment transactions securely. Your sensitive payment information will not be directly stored on our servers.

Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of our services.

Cancellation and Changes

You may have a limited time to cancel your service request after submission, provided we have not yet begun sourcing products on your behalf. The specific cancellation window and any applicable conditions will be communicated to you at the time of your request.

Once we begin working on your specific sourcing request, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you may be responsible for the applicable fees incurred.

For consultation services, our cancellation policy will be communicated to you upon booking. Refunds for consultation fees may be subject to certain timeframes.

Deposits, if required, are generally non-refundable.

Sourcing Purchases

Sourced items are sourced from third-party retailers and suppliers. We act as your agent to locate and facilitate the purchase of these items.

We may need to share your personal and delivery details with the relevant retailers and suppliers to process your order. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the privacy policies of those third parties.

Each retailer and supplier has their own processing times, shipping methods, and return/exchange policies. We will endeavor to inform you of these policies at the time of your order.

Product details, images, and descriptions are provided by the retailers and suppliers. While we strive for accuracy, product variations may occur, and we cannot guarantee the exact consistency of items.

We do not provide any warranties (express or implied) regarding the quality or suitability of products sourced from third parties. If a product is not as described, flawed, or not fit for purpose according to the retailer's policy, we will assist you in the return process where reasonably practicable.

Shipping

Shipping costs will be communicated to you and may be included in the total price.

Shipping times will vary depending on the retailer, supplier, and your location. We will provide estimated shipping timelines but are not responsible for delays caused by the retailer, shipping carrier, customs, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

International orders may be subject to longer transit times due to customs clearance.

Important Note Regarding International Orders: You are responsible for any and all applicable import taxes, duties, customs fees, and other charges imposed by your country's customs regulations. These fees are not included in our pricing and must be paid by you upon arrival of the items.

Products become your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you provided or collected by you (or a carrier you arrange). We are not responsible for loss or damage to products after they have been dispatched by the retailer or supplier. You may request signature confirmation for delivery at an additional cost, prior to shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges of sourced products are subject to the policies of the specific retailer or supplier. We will assist you in understanding and navigating these policies where reasonably practicable.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must notify us as soon as possible. We will then guide you through the retailer's process.

Please note that retailers may have different rules regarding returns for defects versus returns due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind or incorrect size). You may be responsible for any costs associated with returns or exchanges that are not due to a defect in the product.

Some retailers may only offer exchanges or store credit instead of refunds. Any store credit issued by a retailer will be subject to their terms and conditions, including any expiration dates.

Our service fees and any other charges incurred by us (including but not limited to processing fees, shipping costs we initially covered, customs, and duties) are non-refundable, even if the underlying product is returned or exchanged.

Intellectual Property

All content included on our website, in our communications, and any materials we provide to you (such as text, graphics, logos, images) are the property of fly taste, inc. or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services and content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, sell, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit our content without our express written permission.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless fly taste, inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in California for any legal proceedings.

Termination

You may also terminate your relationship with us at any time by ceasing to use our services.
